What is the typical cost to have a 30+ ft Australian Ash tree cut down, stump ground, debris cleaned up?

Tree is located approx 15 - 20 ft from side of house. 40 years old. tree will need to be removed prior to foundation repair.

You can find lots of general ballpark cost numbers in the Lawn and Garden > Tree Service link in Browse Projects, at lower left - pay attention to the ones including or calling out chipping and stump grinding also, not just cutting down or felling and bucking but not removing all the wood and debris - there can be a 2:1 difference in cost between the two.
