What is the typical cost to have an engineered hardwood floor put in a bedroom based on the cost per square foot?

Cincinnati area: I want to install an (3/4" x 4") engineered red oak prefinished click flooring in a bedroom. I want to know what the usual and customary cost per square foot would be to install this flooring.

For normal woods (excluding exotics), $5-7/SF including taking up carpet - about $1/SF more if taking up hardwood or laminate or vinyl (if needs to be taken up at all).
