I doubt any sort of "average" would be meaningful. Variations in depth of excavation to remove rocky or clayey material and roots, how much of uyour existing soil can be reused in the bed, whethear raised or in-ground, type of border or containment, type of plantings, local topsoil and labor costs, whether special water control measures are needed to keep watering away fromthe house foundation, whether you are putting in automated watering system or manual weep watering, etc, etc make each case unique.

Ditto for general landscaping - are you talking lawn, trees, flower beds, rock paths, water features, patio or deck, terraced palnters, walls, etc, etc. I have seen "landscaping" run from a few hundred $ for a DIY planter or two to millions depending on area involved, how fancy you get, type of plantings or improvements, etc.

You might be able to get some case history data in Pinterest or gardening sites - google a search phrase like - typical flower bed cost - or similar phrasing to find articles and blogs on this.

For run of the mill thoughts and bid - Landscaping would be your normal Search the List category. For a fully detailed out landscaping project, a Landscape Architect (search the list category Architects) would be the person to go to.
