Call them back and see if they can refer you to another good cardiologist - if they will not, contact the hospital and talk to the person responsible for patient release there - can be called outprocessing, patient release, post-operative care, or such names - but the person who assists inpatients with followup doctor referrals and locating recovery centers and such - they should be able to give you several referrals.
