Any tire shop should be able to get those - tire only, or tire and rim. As can any Dodge/Chrylser dealer (at significantly higher cost).

Be sure to specify if you want a true tire or a spare-only - those almost useless skinny 50 mile emergency tires. Obviously, if you intend to do 5-tire rotation then you want a match for your existing tires and rim, which will likely cost about twice the cheapest alternative. Also specify if you want new tire (probably) and NEW rim, or if used rim is OK with you. If you get used, certainly look at it when it comes in (will undoubtedly be an order part) to be sure in good shape and not dinged/bent/corroded, especially if aluminum.

Could I ask why the thumbs down - thought I covered the issue fairly well, and gave you the category to search for tire vendors in your area.

If you are looking for a 5-tire rotation ability, then to match your existing tire exactly you can also go to the manufacturer's website - they commonly list retailers of their tires by zip code, though if you are looking for a specific tire most tire shops will find one regardless of whether it is a brand they routinely stock.
