I would try a Honda Dealer. I am not sure about the locksmith info.

I answered previously that I would try a Dealer as I was unsure of a locksmithmaking a key.

Well, I did contact a locksmith from the 'Big Deal' list for myself as my driver's side key will not open my door, and the locksmith advised me "Unfortunately, this is a dealer only issue as far as I know."

After researching I found that the Honda Element keys are laser-cut...and that's why they are Dealer only. But, I found this locksmith:
http://www.busybeeslocksmith.com/hond... that makes Honda keys, so ther may be locksmiths in your area.
