If you mean an RV - I can't imagine being able to rent one - possible you might be able to get a used one from a used RV place or a junkyard, but finding the right model for an RV - probably take quite a search. There might be an RV parts website that lists major RV components available - check with local junkyard/used auto parts dealer.

If you mean for a house trailer, possibly from trailer moving companies (not an Angies List category) - call house trailer sales and parts places to ask who rents axle and wheelsets. Probably not too easy to find one for rent - because the people who normally have them will be trailer movers who make their money moving trailers, so why rent out the one necessary part for the move which many trailers will not have ?

Other possible places, though finding correct size may be tough anyway - junk yards, used trailer sales lots.

Realistically, having the axle/wheelset might not help you much, because for any but a tiny trailer house you still need a tractor with CDL licensed driver, probably guide cars, road permits, jacks or forklift to lift the trailer up to put the axle(s) on, etc. Probably cheaper and definitely safer to just hire a house trailer mover to move it and set it up in the new site.

If a very small one, depending on height, may be able to have an auto towing company winch it up on a tiltbed or flatbed wrecker and haul it to where you need it.

One other thing sometimes done where propear axles can't be located - hire a rigging and hauling company to come out with a large flatbed tractor and trailer and a mobile crane, lift it onto the trailer, and haul to new location. This is commonly cheaper in cases where the trailer has been put up on a permanent foundation or will be going on a permanent foundation at its new location, because you generally cannot readily trailer it out or or into position in that case.
