In my opinion, Aluminum due to better resistance to high temperature and high ultraviolet radiation resistance. Fiberglass is also susceptible to desert ultraviolet and summer heat damage, and wood would require excellent painting at all times to avoid extreme drying out and cracking. Course, I am biased - to me vinyl is not a suitable window or door material for any climate.
