For DIY, an excavation contractor can haul different grades of soil (for deep or shallow low spots as applicable). (Generally, you don't want more than 3-4 inches of topsoil in a yard, because it will get wet and mushy (or swampy if in a dampish area), then compact down hard when walked on for mowing and such. Better to use a more open-graded, free draining material to bulk fill deep low spots, compact lightly, then top cover with topsoil and seed and roll with a lawn roller.

Also, if your low spots tend to be boggy ro swampy, you might have to evcavate first (removed material can generally be used to fill low spots) to ensure each low spot has drainage to a drainage channel or swale or slope - then fill the low spots with initial fill (if deep spots) that will drain, like a cleanish gravel, topped with topsoil so the water drains away under the lawn - as a blanket french drain.

Also, Stone and Gravel (for general fill) and Mulch and Topsoil (for growing media) are Search the List categories to have material delivered - which commonly (with normal size dump type as opposed to side or belly dump type trucks) can be "tailgated" - dumped with a restricted tailgate opening as he rolls slowly forward, resulting in rough placement of the material to reduce shoveling - done well, can result in just a raking job to smooth and level it off and within 1/2-1 inch of desired thickness. Important to do in forward motion so he is not criv ing over and packing down and rutting the topsoil.

To have it professionally done, Landscaping would be the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for this work.
