Any handyman with a ladder tall enough can do this easily enough. We do our own, and only need a 6' ladder to get at the tallest one's. Most of them I can reach without a ladder but I'm rather tall.

This is definitely a DIY job with a 5-6 foot step ladder, if you are physically able.

Else - do you have a Handyman you know ?

Even a house cleaner would sometimes do this for same hourly rate - they have step stools high enough to reach ceiling, which is all you need unless high up in a cathedral ceiling or something like that.

If all else fails, electrician - but that will cost you about $125/hr plus or minus $50 typically, and typically 1 hour minimum charge, as opposed to about $40-50/hr for Handyman.
