Who can clean my patio and all the furniture twice a month?

I want someone to come twice a month to make sure my patio is clean as well as the furniture. Sort of like a housekeeper but for my patio.

That frequently the cleaning effort (after the first time) will be pretty minimal. If you are hiring someone to do this I suspect you have a House Cleaning and/or Yard Care contractor come weekly to so anyway - each would likely be perfectly willing to do this as part of their visit for probably about $20-50 additional depending on amount of furniture/size of patio - because after perhaps an initial scrubbing job, likely just a hose down, windex the table top(s) and maybe a bit of brushing of any spots sticky from tree dropping, rinse, and maybe turning chairs upside down to keep them clean.

Otherwise if you don't have any care people like that coming anyway, then a House Cleaning company would be my bet as likely cheapest at probably about $40-50 minimum visit charge - though if pretty dirty/stained an initial cleaning by a Pressure Washing company might be called for. This assumes you have convenient water/hose available for washing things down.

If this need will extend into snow time (if applicable) then a Yard Care company who does winter snow shoveling of walks and such and summer lawn care would probably be your best bet for year-around cleaning - shoveling or blowing snow off the furniture and patio as needed in the winter. If you will need the furniture/patio deiced as well then you will likely need a commercial walkway cleaner who has a hot air deicing/snow removal blower - they run about $2000 for a walkway/patio sized machine so only the commercial companies have them.
