Plumber or appliance repairman can do this - plumber more expensive and not needed unless your existing water supply or drain needs modification.

When you call, tell them the "new" one is used and may need new connection kit (which comes with new ones and has water line connection parts and new discharge line, which you may need, so they can bring with them. About $15-20 for kit. Replacement labor about $75-125 labor, plus maybe $25-50 if you want them to take old one away too.
