Who can reapolster my small wing back chair and how much will it cost?

Upholstering - General is the Search the List category for this - commonly about $250-400 (as low as about $150 in really low cost areas) labor charge per chair, plus cost of the fabric/padding you choose which can be from a $15-100/square yard - and at maybe 5-10 yards of material per chair, so you total cost can run into the $500-1000 range pretty quickly and on up with fancy or imported fabrics.

If you are getting it reupholstered be sure they say they have to replace the padding as well - new upholstery over lumpy old padding is unprofessional and a waste of your money. Not that much added cost - at least on chairs (a good number of hundred $ on couches).

I know one historic show property remodel I worked on (and this was a few decades ago) the fabric (for about 40 pieces of upholstered furniture) ran around $500/yard - this was a reproduction fabric of cloth from a royal property in England, so it is possible to get totally out of hand.
