That is a tough one - electrician can take down and inspect, and maybe find oil holes if it is the bearings squeeking rather than the mounting shaft (which is a common source of that noise). WIth fan switch off, try moving it back and forth just a bit to see if it is the shaft squeeking - if so and it is a rigid shaft coming out of the mounting plate, then an Electrician to take it down and tighten the shaft up (or find if it is cracking through - a common event).

If the hanging shaft squeeks and is mounted in a rubber bushing where it connects to the mounting plate, then a bit of silicone rubber lubricant on a Q tip rubbed around in there (do not do so much it is goingt squeeze into the wiring above the plate) might do the job, or you might need an electrician to take it down and lubricate from the top too. If taken dopwn,, spray rubber lubricant will work too, because if down you can control where the spray goes. CHECK lubricant - not all silicone or teflon lubricants are safe for soft synthetic or real rubber, and the bushing might be either so unless your owner's manual (in hand or on web) tells what to use, you need one safe for silicone, rubber, and synthetic rubber.

Handyman might be able to handle it too, but you are trusting him to get it back up correctly and safely - both from an electrical and from a suspension safety standpoint.

The true professional would be a lighting and fan store that sells and services fans. Ceiling Fans or Lighting would be your Search the List categories for that.
