AL has a Search the List category called Sharpening, in the Services area of Search the List, which should handle it fine.

My personal recommendation - for about $10-15 get a Fiskars scissors sharpener from Amazon or sewing/fabric or box store - the "decktop" ones are much better then the little handheld disc shaped ones, which might be fine for carrying in a sewing bag but are not easy to use for more than touch-up sharpening.
