Question DetailsAsked on 5/28/2015

Why can't I find the landscaping company I originally purchased a deal for in your list now?

I purchased a deal for landscaping plans last year and had the landscaper come out to draw up plans.
We are now ready to have the work done and we received an estimate. I now can't find the landscaping company in your list (I am checking reviews to get reassurance before proceeding with the work). If they are not listed, does that mean they are no longer members? Why would that be? Thank you.

Find the exact company name in My Purchase HIstory under Account, at upper right of page when logged in. Then Search the List under that name for all reviews.

Could be not showing up in category searches because they have not had reviews in the past 3 years, could be in Dog House or Blacklisted (so do not show up in category searches) due to D or F overall rating, or could be out of business.

AL search engine has its issues and does not always bring up what is there - to be sure, you might (while already logged in) try googling the company name with the 2 words - angies list - behind it, then go to that company listing link to get to the profile page for the company.
