Why can't I get reviews from cities I plan to visit?

We are retiring and plan to travel. We rely on Angie's List to provide trusted reviews of businesses that we will utilize. However, when we searched for kennels in various cities in Florida, we are told that we need "paid subscriptions" for each location.

AL is based on a local subscription area model - you have access to listings with 25-50 miles or so of the address in the profile. To see other areas you have to add them to your membership for a nominal fee for each.

There has been a few comments in the past couple of days about a nationwide or premiumm membership - perhaps you should contact Al about that, as a true nationwise service sounds like what you need -

email or call 1-888-944-5478 on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.

Each chapter of the List covers a local region from the center of the market out about 50 to 100 miles. Your membership allows you to search anywhere within your local chapter. If you regularly look for companies that provide service in other cities, you can consider adding another chapter to your Angie's List membership for a small fee so you can search in another area.
