Why did you charge my account $9.99 when I had originally signed up for a free account?????????????????????????????

You charged my account $9.99. I had signed up for free. I need Angie's List to refund the $9.99 back to my account ASAP. I've tried calling every phone number there is for your company and get the same recording. I don't have a phone number connected to my account. I tried to log in, but my email address was changed in August, 2017 and don't remember my password. I need this resolved ASAP. If not I'll dispute my charge with my bank and will report this to the BBB.

Answer at other post here - and I wouldnot put any faith in the BBB - I don't give much credence to an organization which offers to upgrade member ratings if they pay more to it.
