Typically when an individual faucet has low water pressure, there is usually a buildup of sediment internally in the faucet. This can be repaired sometimes by something as simple as a aerator screen. Sometimes the clog can be internally in the faucet which may require dissasembley or replacement of the faucet. In a worst case scenario there could be sediment in the shut off valve, or the actual supply pipe itself. But most likely it will be sediment in the faucet.
