Why is refrigerator freezing food?

The refrigerator is too cold and freezing the food inside

Typically all of the cold air is generated in the freezer compartment. There is a flow regulator, to allow cold air into the refrigerator compartment. It may be stuck. First check the temperature controls for each compartment,it could just be set too cold.
