Normally no - stucco contractors tend to do just stucco, or stucco and plaster - drywallers tend to be a different trade. Since you are likely to need a painter also (unless DIY'ing that), perhaps you should get a general contractor to coordinate the trades, because the interior drywall should be opened up a least a few places to check for interior wall rot and mold BEFORE the stucco or drywall are fixed - because the exterior sheathing and water barrier and/or insulation may need replacing too, and some of this has to be done from outside, some from inside, some can be done from either side.
