I don't believe Angie's List has a specific category for clock shops - I would google for them with your town name with a search phrase like this - clock repair Sheboygen

and then Search the List (in green banner bar) using the different company names to see if they have ratings and reviews on Angie's List.

If no luck there, then I would ask your local antique shop that carries old clocks who they use to put non-working clocks they get into the shop into working condition.
