Here are some previous similar questions with answers which might help - of course your actual cost will be influenced by how much debris/muck/mud there is under the unit, type of soil, required foundation depth to get below frost depth in your area, looks like probably around 30" - though Shelton code says 12", which sounds awful shallow to me. The 30" might be the maximum for the higher parts of the county inland on the peninsula, and 12" at Shelton because it is basically on the Sound. And of course if there is exposed/shallow bedrock or not makes a price difference.

Another MAJOR cost factor is the type of support your unit needs - whether it needs center stemwall or piers (very common for double-wides), or perhaps requires a grid type foundation (some longer units do).
