A normal Door company who installs dorrs and windows can handle this - commonly more effective on wood frame doors which generally have adjustable stop and guide strips and replaceable weatherstrip and seals - many vinyl and aluminum ones are much more limited with respect to what can be done on them.

Normal cost - depending on whether stock seals and strips or not or if they have to come from the manufacturer - about $75-$250 parts if all seals/weathearstripping needs replacement, and about 2-5 manhours labor (at probably about $50-80/manhour average) depending on how much has to be taken apart. This is generally a 2-man job, because generally at least the sliding door panel has to come out to access most of the strips.
