Probably so, but I have never seen one. Waterproofing contractors tend to be large-area and exterior guys, mold remediation small-space, detailed work indoor types, so the two just don't normally come in one package. If you need both, though, the waterproofing contractors might sub out the mold part so you can have it in one contract package.

I live in a historical home in Saint Joseph, we had black mold and lots of water/ rain in the basement. We used a company called Stay-Dry out of Lansing Mi. It was around $10,000 but they pored a new floor reinforced a wall and caped it. They trenched the parameter and placed a pvc type dranage system in that has a slik screen to prvent slug, also they put a sump system with a battery back up and a commercial grade dehumifier. Stay-Dry has a lifetime warranty. It seem expencive but the results are well worth the cost, no more water or mold.
