As with every home improvement/repair job, depends on the specific problem and scope of work.

If you are talking one spot leak, like around a penetration, that should not cost more than about $100-150 typically, by a roofer. If you mean an entire seam is coming loose and leaking, that could run in the several hundred dollar range, or even more if the membrane needs to be peeled back to seam it or has to be replaced in that area due to tearing or cracking.

How much for a roll rubber

Answered 4 years ago by Tinamarie

tinamarie - assuming you mean plastic/elastomeric membrane roofing, around $1-3/SF for the cheaper, thinner products on up to about $5-7/SF for the heavy (45 mil and thicker) and highest quality products - for the membrane only, in rolls. Depending on thickness and weight, come in rolls from 10x20 feet or so on up to 20x100 feet for normal uses (in 10' roll, folded once on roll) - mill ordered for commercial roofs and crane handling come as big as about 20 to 60x100 feet in 20' long rolls (folded once for 40' width, twice for 60' width but that width is real rare)
