Angies List does not have a separate category for mobile mechanics - your category would be Auto Repair.

Generally, because this would normally need parts unless it is just a leaking fitting, this means he would have to figure out what is wrong, then go get parts, come back and fix it. Probably cheaper in most cases to take it to a regular repair shop to be fixed.

If a small leak you could top off the reservoir with proper type of power steering fluid and drive to repair shop - even if it runs out, you will still have steering, just stiffer but you could pull off and add more if needed (taking bottle with you of course). If a major leak then driving to repair shop is probably out unless quite close and back roads or streets where the stiff steering would not be a problem for you - so towing might be needed then. Some shops tow for free if they are doing the repair, many not.

Of course, if under warranty for the particular problem, towing (withing 5-10 miles typically) is commonly included in the warranty coverage.
