Too wide open a question - depends on industry, if doing a professionally licensed job or not, etc - also whether you are talking their hourly pay rate or their billing rate (which is typically 2-2.5 times the pay rate). As an engineering and construction project manager I have been billed out as high as $250/hour at times in my career, some pharmaceutical and software and defense and financial major project managers get paid $1/4-1/2 million a year - so their effective "billing rate" could be as high as $300-600/hour, and I have seen legal team project managers billed at over $500/hour.

On the other extreme, a "project manager" could be a team or crew leader for a small contractor who has been given a big title, and could bill out as low as $40-50/hr.

If you want to use the Answer Question button and provide more info of whether you are talking hourly pay rate or billing rate, and what size and type of project we are talking about, perhaps someone can give you a better handle.
