can a company request to be taken off the list

I cannot find a local company that I thought I had seen on the list in the past. Is there some reason they may no longer be on Angie's list? Company name Bath Inspirations in Loveland Ohio 45140

Here is a link to the company's profile page where, as a member, you can see their ratings and reviews and such -

A company can drop off the Search by category listings (not appear when you searhch by category) if their overall ranking drops to unacceptable levels (D as I recall), or if they are put int he doghouse due to failureto respond to a complaint, or if AL determines that have been nonresponsive or have performed contrary to AL rules or guidelines, in which case they can be given an F rating and removed from the list.

In any event you should still be able to see the company's ratings and reviews by searching directly by the company name. IF you can't call up the comany by name (because AL search engine is not real robust), try googling for the company name and add the phrase - angies list - to the search phrase, to pull up their profile page reference.
