can you cut a floor to ceiling mirror when it is glued to a wall?

Yes - but not recommended. It is usually advisable to cut the glue loose with a wire saw and remove the mirror to cut if. Even if you cut it, you still have to grind the edges to prevent cracking, which would be real tough to do on the wall.

Either way, you need a mirror fabrication and installation specialist to handle this without breaking it.
