can't figure out how to get to the different replies. sent in a report about Sears and it was suppose to be on it. would like to see it.

talked to one of your phone personnel last week. they took all the info on my complaint about sears. haven't been able to bring up anything about my complaints/ is there something that i'm not doing right.???? i am computer illerate, Type here...

hi larry and lisa,

I tracked down the review that you mentioned and it appeared to have been filed under the wrong company name - sorry about that! You should be able to see your review now when you search for the company on Angie's List.

Another option, which might be easier, would be to look at all the reviews you writtent under the "My Reviews" section you're signed into Angie's List.

1. Sign in to www.AngiesList.com
2. Click on the "My Account" menu at the top right of the screen:


3. From the menu that appears, select "My Reviews." You should be able to see all the reviews you've submitted as an Angie's List member.
