If this was a prefab sunroom, with curved framing and roof panels (rare), it may be the only economic solution is it you can get replacement roofing from the manufacturer. That is far more common with curved glass roofing than metal panels, which are almost always flat (though not necessarily level).

Generally - yes the panels can be replaced, though in some of construction the sunroom framing might have to be opened up a bit at the top to slide them into place if they fit in between the flanges of the framing - but most metal building contractors or sunroom/florida room specialty contractors, and many metal roofing installers can handle this OK. Be sure they use the right thickness panels, or if they have to shim a bit that the panels fit into the water-sealing edge gaskets or seals correctly, because too thin a panel can, in some systems, make for a non-waterproof edge.

On the dents - if they are shallow as you say - more like dimples than pockets, not causing tearing in the aluminum, there is no reason to replace the roof unless it is too unsightly for you.
