Not likely even for the valve itself - from a quick price list looks like $266-387 at OEM list price for that model (apparently has two versions of valve), about $190-220 aftermarket so cost from contractor probably around $250-350 aftermarket or in the $350-500 range OEM.

Though if you meant installed cost, not really a prayer, because most residential installations do not have isolation valves on the TXV, so the system has to be pumped out and the refrigerant stored while the valve is changed out, then the gas put back in (and some HVAC contractors will not reuse used gas so possible new gas cost as well), then topping off as needed to achieve the rated operating pressures (normally at least a bit of gas has to be put back in even if the unit was not leaking, just because of minor losses in the process. That process (not including any gas at typically $40-60/# for R-410a or more like $50-150/# for R-22) is likely to run around $250-450 in labor alone, so total job cost more likely in range of $500-1000 total, plus gas cost if it was leaked out - probably closer to $1000 range unless your valve has isolation valves so the system does not have to drained and refilled.

Also - this would be a very good time to change the filter/drier cartridge and clean out the housing, while the system is discharged, if this has not been done in last year or two. Probably about $75-100 additional parts and labor if done at same time.
