can you search by contractor license number

i hired Brian Evans of Evan Construction services GC license CA569540 off of angies list in nov of 2014. i wish to write a review of our horrible expensive experience in order that noone else gets taken lke we did.

Here is the page for the holder of that license - appears license was revoked in 1993 for Brian Evans matches, so appears (you would have to confirm with state licensing board for any updates) he was operating with a revoked license and has disciplinary action pending.

There are about a half dozen same or similar name companies listead by the state - appears most are inactive at this time -

Since Brian Evan's license may have been expired at the time of the work (check with state licensing board to confirm this), you might have a good case for a fraud action against him, if he took you for enough to be wroth pursuing legal action.

To find his AL listing, google this search phrase and pick the one in the location you are in, because there are several in California - Evan Construction angies list

And of course, there is always posting a Review on AL to let others know of your experience.
