Absolutely - locate a window replacement company on Angie's List in your area who has reviews you like.

You have a blown sealed-unit seal or sealed frame, which can be fixed only by replacement. Depending on whether double or triple pane, HeatMirror or LowE or UV treated, whether glass can be reused or not, etc can run from a low of about $250 to as much as $500 for one door (double that if moveable and stationary unit both have seal leaks), versus about $1500-2500 for a completely new sliding and fixed panel door unit.

On the reuse thing - only companies that acutally fabricate their own windows can reuse the old glass - most glass repair places buy replacement sealed units direct from manufacturers, so they can only replace the entire sealed unit, not fix it.
