Question DetailsAsked on 2/24/2012

can we submit a rebuttal to a customer report?

One of our customers submitted a very damaging report on us a contractor working for them. A lot of the information submitted was false, slanderous, and libel. How do we, and can we submit a rebuttal to their comments?

I know there is a way because I have read rebuttals. When I am looking for a company and find a written rebuttal, I am turned off by anybody who insults or slanders the customer who complained. I suggest you find some rebuttals that other companies have written and use them as a guide. You don't want to lose a potential customer when trying to set the record straight. A good rebuttal can make it more likely I'll choose the company who wrote it.
