I am trying to get an answer to this question as well, but cannot seem to find the company "Nationwide Health Advisors". They are trying to sell me a plan as well and when I asked is this an insurance plan, they stated yes. When asked if it met the Federal Government Healthcare rules, they stated yes, you will not pay a penalty. I am a little uneasy about this.

I tried to cancel, but the numbers they gave me all connected to automated sales lines. It appears there is no way to cancel besides cancelling the card you used to make the first payment.

I was just about to purchase a plan from them but then Deanna Marks hung up on me. I just tried to call her back and decided to check them out and got u all here. I had just gotten out of one of these ripoffs. So these people are just the same too, huh? Geez, I was happy for a few hours!

I also got called, sounded like a good rate (438.88/mo. for a family plan). The agent told me that it was a "Limited Medical Plan", and she had not heard about the paperwork that you would need for your taxes next year to prove that you had insurance and avoid the penalty. I asked her to email the basics on the plan and never got an email. Tried to call her twice and always get a voicemail (that is not very professionally recorded). The whole thing sounds a littley wishy washy.

I was contacted by a man named Michael . He was very nicer than all the other people that i spoke to an explained everything to me . I had alot of questions concerning Obama Care because i tried getting it an they wanted me to pay 368.29 but i had a ridicoulous deductable . So i trusted Michael an signed up with this Company an received an email in less than an hour . I called my doctor an gave him the number from the email an they did verify my benefits an i was able to see the doctor 4 days after that . I recomend this company. He gave me his cell # aswell which i still have an called just to verify he didnt give me a bogus number he didnt pick up the first time but called right back .

No do not deal with this company. Their a rip off. Their not approved by Obama care. You will get penalized. They lie to their customers stating their covered 80/20 and is not. Customers with diseases abs cancer have all been mislead. Please be careful..
