That sort of leaves thing wide open - can vary (not including any supporting deck or patio under it) from about $5/SF for a clear vinyl awning, to about $10-20/SF for an acrylic (like greenhouse plastic) covered stick-pole shed roof cover, more like $20-40/SF for a "permanent gazebo" fully enclosed with acrylic panels, on up to $30-60/SF commonly for PVC or aluminum framed 3-season or 4-season room enclosure with heavy-duty acrylic or glass panels, full surround (3 sides and roof, attached to house). Add typically about $10-15/SF to each option except the first for wood rather than vinyl or aluminum framing or for custom-design.

Google search phrases like "permanent gazebo clear sided" or "modular sunroom" or "3-season sunroom" for lots of options and variations between plain-jane box to curved-roof 4-season enclosures like Wendy's and other restaurants put on the front of their places. Or go bezerk and put the words "image of" in front of one of those search phrases to see thousands of pictures (with source links) of this sort of cover or sunroom. Be sure to put in "cover" if looking for only overhead cover without side protection as well.

You can also see a wide variety and probably near the low-end of pricing for these type kits at and and similar sites.

Professionally - aside from specialty contractors basically doing nothing but sunrooms and gazebos and such (quite a few of those in your area like Pacific Sunrooms and, since those are popular there), Awnings and Builders - Garages/Barns/Sheds, or Decks and Porches would be the normal Search the List categories to find vendors who provide and install such items.
