Depends a lot on whether a load-bearing wall or not, but certainly around $1000 or so probably minimum and commonly more like double that due to repair of exposed gaps in walls and flooring caused by the wall removal. Commonly about $3000 or more if load-bearing wall.

Bear in mind doing this greatly reduces the resale value of the home - so it is usually recommended it be done in a way, normally with just a pass-through opening with maybe a pocket door or bypass door, which can easily be filled back in to make it separate rooms again.

And check zoning code - some subdivisions prohibit less than 3 bedroom homes to keep values up.
