cost to chip concrete, replace toilet flange, concrete, and tile

my offset toilet flange is set in ( not on) a concrete floor . the flange needs to be replaced by removing 2 sq ft of tile , chipping out some concrete , replacing the flange , the concrete and the tile. i have the matching tile and grout. I WILL REPLACE THE TOILET

Not sure WHY you want to remount the toilet - I would say to make sure that any leakage is the plumber's fault and HIS problem to repair, rather than leave it open to him to say that any leak is the result of YOUR remounting the toilet, payu the extra probably $25-50 and have HIM do the entire job so does not have the potential to try to distribute the blame for any problems - not only leaks but also cracked new flange or broken pipe.
