Ballpark - probably $5-7/SF installed - though I certainly would not put it over linoleum. Not only is it not going to stick well on the slick surfacing and likely wax on the linoleum, but linoleum has a habit of breaking free over time, so it will eventually lift and cause raised section and bubbles in the flooring. Take the usually slight extra effort to remove the linoleum - being aware that is the flooring is older than about the early 80's there is a good chance it or its glue (or both) have asbestos so it should be tested first.
