cost to paint fascia on two story house, minimal caulking , no peeling

Depends on width of fascia and your local labor costs, height off ground (assuming below normal first or second story roof height), any need to cover plantings or such below, etc - but $2-5/LF is a common range - not including any gutter removal to get at the fascia to paint it. Additional $1-1.50/LF probably if bottom edge is different color than front face. This cost may NOT include painting the back face of it - depending on job specifics, but certainly not at the bottom end of the price range.
