Below are links to a number of previous similar questions (though not specific to your vehicle) - looks like for your specific vehicle, the frame-mounted rear brake line (from brake fluid reservoir to the frame above the rear axle) runs about $50 after-market, or $150 OEM. I would expect installation labor charges to be about $100-200 including the necessary rear brake bleeding (both sides) to get the air out of the lines, depending on local labor costs and on whether you use a general Auto Repair shop (your Search the List category for a shop to do this) or go to the dealer.
