Here are links to several previous similar questions with answers, and link to more similar questions, FYI - though the cost varies a lot depending on type of foundation, whether just a minor tweaking of level or substantial out-of-plane situation or tilt, type of tiedowns, whether in hurricane or tornado or flood or earthquake zone, etc.

Of course, if having this done and you do not have the legal tiedowns for your area, might consider having that done in the process so when you go to sell that does not come up as a major deficiency. Without legal tiedowns the buyer cannot get any federally subsidized loan type, and many lenders also require it regardless - at least the minimal wind tiedowns.
