Use Answer the Question to submit more info please - is this a chimney for furnace/hot water heater or for wood burning fireplace or gas burning fireplace or a free-standing wood/pellet stove, is chimney metal or brick, is currendt lining steel pipe or orange flue tile or brick, etc.
Also, why you are relining would be helpful to know, and approximate length of lining that needs to be done, and do you also need new weathercap ?
Without more info, all one can say is probably about $350-500 for simple gas appliance flue replacement to as much as $5000 or so for relining a brick 2 story tall stack wood burning chimney that needs to have its flue liner torn out and replaced- so you can see why we need more info to give you a closer range.
