Generically, not specifically for your vehicle, runs about $175-250 labor for one and $100 parts - up to about $250 more for some fancier imports and for exotic suspensions systems on some 4WD vehicles where changing bearings requires partial suspension disassembly. Additional ones done at same time probably about $100-200 labor range plus $100 parts except again up to $100-200 or so more for exotic cases. For a simple, straight-forward american car could be as low as $200 total for first one and $200 for additional ones at a local automotive repair shop. Dealer cost probably about twice first stated estimate, for labor and parts.

A word to the wise - do NOT get this done at an oil change, muffler, brake or tire shop - get it done by a pro. I have helped a number of neighbors and friends replace improperly done disk hub or bearing replacement jobs that went out in hundreds or a few thousand miles.
