Handymen or Appliance Repair - Large would be your categories - not Electrician.

Spring may have just popped off its connection (if extension coil type) rather than broken. Sometimes you can see one end at the door, sometimes both ends visible with door open. You may have to remove the kick plate (sometimes just nestled into catches, sometimes a few screws through the face of it) to see in under with a flashlight to see where the other end of the springs connect, if coil rather than leaf springs.

If it just popped out of the hole or hook it connects to, needle nose pliers should allow you put it back on. If having to reach in under unplug the unit first, because there are a lot of exposed wires and connections under there.

Otherwise will have to order new springs (if broken or stretched out of shape) and install or have them installed.

IF you want to DIY or use Handyman, google for a parts list of your model or go to SearsAtHome or FSP or similar site that carries appliance parts to order them and see how they go in - probably comes as a set.

Parts probably about $20 or less - labor to install probably about $50-75 (Handyman) or $75-150 (Applaince Repairman).

Of course, if still under warranty contact your warranty service number.
