Certainly Canoga Park is covered - I would suspect you either caught the AL computer during its nightly backup and modification cycle (after about 11:00 PM Indianapolis time) when it commonly does VERY hokey things, or you got an unprintable character or capitalized number (hence a symbol) into the zip code box by accident. Try it again - and if it still does not work then call AL member services at the number provided in their response to you.

I have neer seen that message - but it is also possible you were not properly logged in - if you are, Account should show up in black at the upper right of the page and have the pulldown menu under it active. If not, you are not logged in properiy.
