do you have a section for landlords or property rental companies( individuals or companies?)

a land lord of a condo removed flooring without checking for asbestos. Cost us a lot of money not to mention the exposure to asbestos. Before tests were done (at our expense) he told us how much flooring had been removed. Because he thought that was the correct answer and we would feel safe about damaged material being gone and he didn't believe asbestos would be found. after asbestos was found and he realized what he had done, he lied to the health department and said he couldn't remember how much was removed. because they couldn't prove how much was removed they had no jurisdiction to make him do a cleanup. Lots more to the story but he never returned damage deposit never sent the notice stating why. He talked for over a year about paying for things but never did. Won't return any money spent including a months rent we never used unless we give him a release for future health problems. Get this, the man is a doctor! how would you like some one with those ethics taking care of you.
