Sewing as such is under the Alterations/Sewing/Decorating category in Search the List, but not many sewing/seamstress places have machines capable of doing heavy weight curtains or draperies in quantity. The right Search the List category for that is Window Treatments.

The cheapest way to get these, unless you are looking for pretty fancy material, is to go through a box store which does custom drapery/curtain orders - Sears before they rolled over to go bellyup and die, JC Penney still, either Home Depot or Lowes (I don't remembver which) used to do it, of course many online sites - but of course going to a store like JC Penney which has actual fabric swatch books you can look at gives you a better chance of being sure you are ordering whast you really want up front. Direct website ordering leaves a lot to be desired, not seeing the exact material color, pattern, weight.
